We have two dogs — Bowser, an American Cocker Spaniel, and Oliver, a Maltese cross — who recently made the big move with us from Los Angeles to Perth. We’d been used to “LA level” grooming and weren’t sure we’d find that here… until we found Wagging Tails.

From the first contact, Emily made everything easy. Communication was seamless — whether by phone, leaving messages, or through WhatsApp — and the whole booking process was straightforward. Invoices and deposits were handled by email, which made it super convenient.

When we arrived, Emily’s warmth was immediate. Meeting the dogs for the first time, she got down on the floor to connect with them, asked all the right questions about allergies, medication, and their personalities. We instantly felt confident and reassured.

And then there’s the actual grooming — the real test. Bowser went in first for a haircut, and honestly, it’s the best he’s ever had. Better than anything he ever got in Los Angeles! He looked incredible. Oliver followed a few days later for a wash, brush, and comb-out, and came back looking just as amazing.

We couldn’t be happier — our dogs look fantastic, they were clearly well cared for, and the customer service was exceptional. Emily and her team have the perfect balance of skill, professionalism, and genuine love for animals.
