“Amazing. Every time I’ve been in it’s been a very warm welcome. My puppy had her first groom there and they built up to it over several sessions, which I really appreciated. They gave me advice on things to work on at home to get her used to a groom, which I found so helpful. You can tell they really care for the dogs being brought in ☺️ her grooms have always been fantastic and every communication has been grand. Can’t recommend Wagging Tails enough. Thank you ☺️”

“Top class customer service from the girls here, I was about 15 mins late for appointment due to mix up thinking they were still at doggy care in Arran road tried phoning and no answer due to being busy . I decided just to drive down anyway to apologize but the ladies couldn’t have been nicer and took Paddy the first of my two Labradors that were booked in over two days
and done a fantastic job on him .
Pepe the second Labrador is a bit livelier than Paddy so I was concerned he wouldn’t be still enough to get groomed but they know what they are doing and again he looked so handsome after his groom .

“Finn had his first cut from Wagging Tails on 22 March. They did a cracking job. He looks fabulous. So fabulous, in fact, that one of our neighbours has decided to switch their dog’s groomer to Wagging tails.
What’s more, he clearly enjoyed being there. After being groomed elsewhere he has been quiet, even a little reserved for the rest of the day. On Friday he was bouncing on his way out! When he got home he had a zoomie session and took most of his toys out to the garden. We can’t recommend Wagging Tails highly enough”
